First of all, the question statement itself has flaws. Hypothesis of something can not be in the place of realization of something. Given currently at least engineering sole research activities, prediction/theorem needs to be validated by experiments (from simulation to emulation to prototyping to on-site tests to large scale implementation). It probably means that hypothesis of how an existing quantum processor is being made needs the quantum processor manufacturer to reveal its core hardware processor infrastructure (made-up) details , which in economy market of quantum competition, is very business core confidential. That said, it is highly impossible or in a pragmatic term, just infeasible.

One of the similar cases that occurred recently is Huawei-Cisco copyright infringement issue. From Cisco’s research and technology production to the leakage of its product manufacturing manual to Huawei – the incident happened. There is not a term of reverse engineering not to mention the term of reversing time. Our next generations might be living in our previous generations’ lives, thanks to our own contemporary times’ idees and labour that contribute to future world.
